      I joined R Systems as fresher and worked there for 3 years. - It provides a good platform for professional growth if you are a fresher. - Decent appraisals - Good work life balance. Though it depends on your project. - Salary gets credited on time.

      Cons

      - 3 months notice period. - No events or extra curricular activities - No cab facility available outside Noida

      The company was great, it was good to not be micro managed and the management was quite understanding in terms of performance and external issues
