No transparency no job security, more of a hire and fire company - Senior Software Engineer R Systems Employee Review

No transparency, No Flexible timings, poor amenities, No stability: I have been working since one year and many other projects were ramp down, so senior management put some of project members including me to shelter their old employees. When i asked the project manager why did it happen he said i have no idea. Then they kept me engaging in short term assignment like 30 days, 2 weeks. finally one day HR called me and said you have a weeks time to find new job. If they release without proper notice they give only 3 months basic.
