      Comfortable working hours. Very helpful colleagues.

      Cons

      No planning done in my case for new employees. I was on not given any work for quite a long time. This created lack of motivation and dissatisfaction.

      The company was great, it was good to not be micro managed and the management was quite understanding in terms of performance and external issues
