      Pros

      They pay on time, good health plan.

      Cons

      They stall green card processing. They'll promise GC filing but they will do everything in their power to wait until the last possible minute to file for it. And they'll just ignore any update requests. Accept a job here ONLY if you can't find it anywhere else.

      The company was great, it was good to not be micro managed and the management was quite understanding in terms of performance and external issues

      lacked training efforts a bit and could improve on communication within the company
