If you have good offer from Rsystem and you wanna Join. Do not join. Good offer is just a trap. If you will Join R system these thing happen with you :- 1) No work life balance. 2) Management having no work that's why they are driving company like a school. 3) They will choose people from outside for H1B nomination. But they are not considering thier own employee. 4) you will be having your leaves but you will not be able to take it. 5) If you will join the company you will always have fear to loss your Job beacuse R system having hiring and firing policy. 6) Not for long term career.
