Pros
I dont think I can compare it with any other company in Noida - such is the standards of the company. Professional yet warm. Females feel very safe in the company working in day or night shifts. Performance Appraisals are timely and much more than any other company. Good employee satisfaction rate overall. Facilities are good. Company is neat & clean. Leadership team is awesome. Free snacks are provided in the company in these days of cost cutting. Overall I can say that its one of the best employers.
Cons
I dont know any. May be quality of cafeteria dinner/lunch needs to be reviewed often. No official yearly parties whatsoever however there team building activities & team outings.
