You need to be good at lying. Thats all you need to fool potential new employees, clients, US embassy, the government, faking CMMI level 5 standards, etc. The list goes on.
Cons
This is not the company that it used to be 5 years back. If you havent joined then dont join it. If you have joined, leave it immediately as it will impact your career.
