Trust me there is no job security. HR are servant of managers so you can be out of organisation anytime. Work environment is worst. You often interact with old aged VP’s in a team meeting which is very weird. Very small company VP has lot of time. Rsystems is a fake cmmilevel5 company. Infrastructure is very very poor in C-40.
