Lots of Cons are there . Being a CMMI and PCMM Level 5 organization there is no much value of Employees .
1- No Employee Friendly
2- Not a Flexible Time to work ( Dedicated 9.5 hours of Work at your Desktop )
3- WFH policy is Zero . Very rarely .
4- Higher Management are the worst who do not believe in his subordinate and does to much micro management
5- Bad Leave Policy ( Like Sandwich Leave . Friday and Monday leave will be converted to 4 days including Saturday and Sunday ).
6- Job Security is biggest concern .
7- RMG or TAG group don't know the proper management and alignment of the resources . They Play on the indication of the Higher management like VP etc.
