      Salary on time | Subsidized lunch

      Cons

      * Hire & Fire policy. * Its an OLD AGE HOME company. * If you are in some project, you are safe otherwise please search somewhere else. * If any project in their pipeline they will hire you, if somehow project down they will put you on bench and after a month they will fie you by giving 10 or 15 days notice. * Get into project is very tough as they don't have much project. * Please do not join this company if you are serious about your career. * All positive reviews is given by their OLD AGE HOME managers.

      The company was great, it was good to not be micro managed and the management was quite understanding in terms of performance and external issues

      lacked training efforts a bit and could improve on communication within the company
