No job security, you can fired any time. So called CMMi level 5 but i am amazed how they get these awards. No personal growth. Managers are doing there own decisions. No work is here but you are treated like slaves. You will trace like an terrorist. You can't talk with colleges. If you caught they will shut your mouth. You have to take permission to get access on websites. Poor IT support. People working on incredible slow machines.People are passing their time from very long time and wastes talent. Old company poor architecture with old ethics towards employees.
