Orthodox work environment in Finance department. Unnecessary late sitting hours bcz finance head of the company doesn’t have work life balance. Totally discouraging environment for new joiners. Humiliation and un-professionalism in working style. Professionals treated like unqualified and given work which is discouraging for profession. Team Politics.
