Pros
1. R systems has been the best company I have worked so far; in terms of technical and professional growth. 2. The technologies they work are very prominent in the industry and people get extensive exposure on it. 3. This is the only company where I have seen and got a chance to meet the CTO (Mr. Avirag Jain) of the company during the interview and that interaction was the best interview I have every faced. He is a very humble and sober human being. 4. Employee friendly and pleasing company to work with.
Cons
1. At times the we don't get sufficient time / training before working for a project assigned.
