Very poor policies for employee, Manager oriented decision. No respect or encourage for lead or developer. VP can give you fake promise. Fixed bid project. No agile methodologies. They follow their own Agile methodology. If you don't work for 22 hrs each day you will be fired immediately without notice and single coin. They will not pay you anything leave, working days, NP basic. They will always threaten you. You will be in pressure. They keep hiring people nd then fire them imme3 giving silly reason. overall evernever join this org. if you really want to switch select any company in the universe except r systems.
