I have mixed experience with R-systems ..When I joined in 2018, I thought this is the organization where I am gonna stay for longer time just coz my supervisor were very nice helpful in nature, supportive and they will guide you or support you to reach to the next ladder. Finally I got a chance to move internally into Data Science .. earlier I was into healthcare but with the help of good leadership group, i landed into data science.. Overall i will give 5 ratings to my current organization.. I am happy that I am a part of this growing company.
Cons
Its been 4 years with R-systems, till now the journey is good there was a time when I had planned to leave the organization due to some bad leadership group. Employee never leaves the Organization they leave few bad leaders.
