Manager - Manager R Systems Employee Review

No pros i have seen working for 2 years .They just hire people with out any thought process if you are more smarter then your reporting boss then you are done big time. Some people are sitting on such position who know nothg about industry how they strategy functions ,they just know how to make the seniors *** happy .The worst part is they even can speak proper English in front of their clients but they are sitting onsite by , playing politics and back strapping about other people. Not trust worthy people their no policies , No work ethics ,No Proper PC's to work .
