1. In spite of this recession and layoff news from all big giant tech companies , R systems is not firing any one of his employee. Although employee are on bench.
2.Level wise co ordination is transparent , A good environment and facilities are given.
3. In this tough time , Seniors are taking the issue positively .
4. Management thinks about employee welfare.

1 Since Its a service based companies, So keep in mind Client requirements are at top priorities .So far no any cons.
