      They will hire you with good pay

      Cons

      You will never knew when they will ask you to leave. No matter how good your work is. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They don't care about employee.

      Pros

      The company was great, it was good to not be micro managed and the management was quite understanding in terms of performance and external issues

      Cons

      lacked training efforts a bit and could improve on communication within the company
