Software Enginer - Project Leader R Systems Employee Review

I will never recommend any to join this company at any cost. even they are giving you 100% hike. when you resign from the project. they will threaten you not to leave . otherwise they will not give you your reliving letter and also fail your BGV. similar thing happen with me. All those i got my letter later. I remains in tension even after my resign till my letters are received. during that time i also reached one advocate and taken legal advice - what can i do if company do such things. Management is sucks here. HR is just for the name. Small projects , job security is zero. bench period is just one month.
