      Work from Home but it depends on project

      Hire and fir policy No job security They will hire you for specific project with higher salary and after 5-6 months when project is over they will force you to resign by giving basic pay. They have only small projects.

      The company was great, it was good to not be micro managed and the management was quite understanding in terms of performance and external issues
