      The people there are great. I loved the employee base.

      Cons

      No oversight from corporate. Very bad pay scale. Raises are sporadic.

      The company was great, it was good to not be micro managed and the management was quite understanding in terms of performance and external issues

      lacked training efforts a bit and could improve on communication within the company
