Honestly it is embarrassing for an IT system implementation company when their own internal systems is of ancient times. The worse is not willing to spend some monehhhh on customization for a new global internal system and it’s a blackstone owned entity. OHEMMMGEEE! Management may seem all empathetic and understanding but the truth is, it is not. It’s all just a ‘show’. No transparency in companies direction or changes in org. structure, hence ppl are loss little sheeps with no Shepard. The pay is not worth the comparison. They expect every staff capacity to be more than 100%. They will squeeze you dry. They expect the staff to be working more than 8hrs a day. They bug you when you are on leave! (No matter what sort of leave) No respect for your location time zone! Many more but you get the drift. Wink wink. Last but not least, they have no issue with humans whom have anger or mental instability!
