Cons
The place is horrible and mismanaged. Their motto is run it till it breaks. If you have problems and you take it to HR the will not help you. They will side with management who will lie and manipulate the situation to fit their narrative rather than the actual situation and you as the driver will be dismissed. The mechanic is allowed to tell you what to do and knows nothing. He is allowed to write up and fire drivers. If the mechanic does not like you then the terminal manager will not like you. They are very clickish in that small town way. You are either in the click and accepted or you are not. When you take your issue in house to HR they will demote you and dock your pay. They are not safty concerned. They will not call you out for work and try their best to get you to quit. There is no professionalism or proper work ethics.
