Pros
1. Great Opportunity to work with the Navy directly 2. Hours of operation are amazing (in early off early) Perfect 3. Great Opportunity to learn from the few who know 4. Profit sharing goes to 401k
Cons
1. Fraternization / Favoritism / sexual relationships within the company 2. Private Personal matters between manager / employee will soon be known by everyone 3. Highly incompetent training if any, managers themselves are not certified in what is expected of employees 4. Misleading in Job Title as "electrician" when 20% of work is maybe electrical, where as the rest is basic labor work. 5. When it comes to the pay, management will mislead you in thinking long term pay is beneficial 6. Management will not speak directly to employee if issue arises, meanwhile talking to everyone else first 7. While deployed on travel - employee are forced to share two bedroom apartments (two employees is the same apartment) 7A. Traveling per-diem - While employees are sharing two bedroom apartments - Management/company is pocketing the leftover per-drum for the bonus benefits for them selves. (Very illegal/shady management) 8. Claims to be be the "big boy club" / “high school click” but in reality its worse than the tv show "wives of orange county" when it comes to high school drama
