Pros
Can make decent money as a pod leader or branch manager, if you end up making it that far
Cons
Management, lack of training, lack of communcation, EXTREME turnover, turnover causes more weekend work for the same pay, nobody actually wants to be there. It's getting to the point where if they interview you and you look presentable, they will offer you the job. Stay away from it.
