Pros

I've been with the company for a while now and I keep learning new things everyday. This company teaches you how to win and be the best at what you do. No room for average here. If you have the desire to win and are willing to learn you will go far. Like anything you get out of this job what you put into it.

Cons

Some long hours but that comes with the territory. This is a logistics company. If you are looking for a 9-5 job straight out of college that is easy and doesn't require effort this is not for you.
