Pros
I'm a recent joiner to the company, and am really pleased with my decision to move so far. There's a great culture of collaboration, staff here are friendly and always happy to help. I'm a working parent of small children and I've found it to be supportive and flexible to the challenges that brings.
Cons
Depends on your personality/work style, but it can often be incredibly fast paced and some might struggle with this. Personally, I enjoy this, but others might find it stressful.
