Pros

RAM has a fantastic product. Customers love it, the sales team loves to sell it. If you sit in the right area, it's actually a fairly fun place to work. Snacks and beverage options are provided. Entry level employees at the office level are given an opportunity to see what a full time job is like.

Cons

Management fails to acknowledge the safety concerns brought up by the production teams due to the cost of keeping them safe. There is very little teamwork and a very dominant "US" and "THEM" mentality especially in the office. People are put in job roles, but not actually given the tools to be successful in the role. Micromanagement is consistent throughout.
