Pros
A product that is actually manufactured in the USA and backed with a lifetime warranty. The customer base is forever changing and expanding creating opportunities for you to sell and help design solutions for some of the biggest corporations, fleets and vertical's in the world. The ability to create your own path and work towards a position that helps you grow both personally and professionally. For the past several years the company has been experiencing rapid growth and along with that has come the expansion and construction of new facilities as well as the need and addition of personnel. The sales staff are a close group that get along well and help motivate one another to learn, grow and achieve success. By way of hard work and dedication, RAM has given myself the opportunity to live a comfortable and exciting life. This is a company that I see myself with for many years to come as I want to be a continued part of it's growth and to help others achieve success.
Cons
Growing pains. There is so much existing and new work to be done and accounts to manage but the resources are not there yet to see things all the way through. Currently people are spreading themselves too thin due to all of the different tasks needing to be accomplished. This at times can cause friction and frustration however the tasks are always completed by the team coming together. Processes and communication can be lacking at times but again this is part of the growing process. As the company is able to bring on more people, it allows for those processes to be put in place.
