Pros
The paychecks don't bounce. You get quarterly bonuses. There are a few good employees that make this place tolerable until you find something else.
Cons
Upper management is greedy and doesn't value its employees. This is shown through absolutely no perks in the office, an argument when ordering anything other then basic office supplies, and low noncompetitive pay. If you are hourly you will be tricked into agreeing to a "salary". Which means they will adjust your hourly pay so that your normal hours plus overtime equal that salary. In order to take a doctors appointment or a sick day you have to use PTO or make it up. This encourages sick employees to come in and get everyone else sick, which forces them to use their PTO. They only offer a flat non increasing 10 days of vacation a year, what is this the 1960's? There is always talk of change but never any action and the excuse of limited resources is always used. A mandatory 46 hour work week causes employees to become bitter and seek out new employment, the only ones who stay cling to the hope that when Jeff retires things will change. Growing pains get used as an excuse for a lot of the problems at RAM, but this isn't the case. Upper management not valuing their employees causes people to quit and unrealistic hours prevent the hire of new employees. Limited resources is the issue but, growth isn't the cause. People quitting because they find something better is the cause.
