There is a massive marijuana problem among the staff. Some of the coworkers are heavily corrupt with their powers (A certain manager at the Boise branch), and the pay is tiny for the amount of work on certain days (The tips do not make the gap fair). There are no free meals of any kind, you can't even get fountain drinks for free, and the food is discounted at a 50% off deal (which doesn't help much with the overpriced menu of the RAM).
