Pros
-usually easy to request days off and have them be accepted -love the management team - all four work well together and treat employees with respect -great staff! employees are very willing to pick up shifts
Cons
-all shifts are usually random unless you are a select few who have been with the ram since opening -hard to work full-time with the large amount of servers on the roster
