      Pros

      The pros are the patients, the management will lie incessantly to you and you'll end up driving as much as working. Bosses have no clue what they are doing and put safety of their techs at physical risk with no regard to your safety.

      Cons

      If you bring safety concerns to your employer they will treat you with malice. Run far and away. Don't believe what they are telling you as once you find out it's a lie you're stuck in the job for a while. Their turn over rate is extremely high for a reason.

      I didn't get exposed to many cons, but I have heard stories from other employees.
