7yThanks for the advice. Consistency across teams, combined with the need to account for differences in the workflow and requirements of each team is our goal. I encourage you to talk with the RCM leadership team or HR if there are specific concerns related to misunderstandings or inconsistencies, so those can be addressed or explained.
While we replaced the traditional annual salary increase program with a merit bonus plan based on individual and company performance, we continue to evaluate all positions compared to market and make adjustments where needed.
