Lots of change in org during some periods but leadership is solid

Zero focus on data errors and data gaps Multiple legacy systems from acquisitions with no roadmap or intention to integrate causing data errors and reoccurring manual inputs/edits Expectations of many hours of work outside office hours (EEOC violations) Unappreciated when delivering ad hoc major accomplishments Low pay Constant churn of senior management without overlapping periods of training (causing poor learning curves for those that take their place)
