Very Confused Company Unclear of Future - Anonymous employee RB Global Employee Review

Since RB acquired IAA, this company has lost its identity and direction. They don't know who they want to be, the core leaders in this company lack professional acumen to get things done. The CEO seems very unsure of what they are doing. Over a year later and they are still running it as two "separate" companies who are supposed to be "one" and haven't prioritized employee needs so navigating between companies (e.g. multiple emails, multiple SharePoints, etc.) makes it hard to get stuff done & wastes lots of time/energy/resources. Half this company operates like it's the early 1990s... Notably, most employees feel under-resourced and unable to do a good job after they did multiple rounds of layoffs, including letting go of all project managers it seems.
