Pros
Hired in 2002 at RBC - different role, department. Congratulations for hiring a person with disabilities - only employer to do this in my experience! Encouragement, support, allowing innovation and design of project. Fair pay, fair rating - High Performer - Outstanding tendencies.
Cons
External problems are not always treated well. I felt like the victim who was treated like the guilty person when situation happened / recurred. No more suggestions. There were no occurrences elsewhere in my life and proof letters were produced. I was very upset by the experience. Thankfully as far as I know colleagues were not affected.
