      Pros

      Respectfull and clean company good to have a longterm career in finance. Well recognized by other company Good to make many contacts in many different industries

      Cons

      Not so flexible on shcedule. Even when you work untill 11h at night you have to punch in before eight the day after. Over management, always someone looking over your shoulder

      Stable, good 401k match, good bonuses

      Cons

      very corporate, hard to get promoted or move in the company, health care benefits were not the best.
