Pros

- Largest bank in Canada so good deal experience and ability to learn from very bright people - If you take initiative and are keen, there is a chance to take on alot of responsability very early on in your career. -

Cons

- Sometimes in large organizations it is difficult to get attention of senior management - There is too much focus on the final result and not enough focus on the people - Often people have a tendency to get "too comfortable" which can lead to lost opportunities - The culture rewards people who are "in your face" whereas more reserved people tend to be dismissed -

Pros

Stable work life balance. The culture is really great, very easy to work with complex management and managers. Willing to help you grow and learn with clients

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth unless you come in the door with that expectation. It can be very easy to get stuck in this role as your pay slowly increases and the job title mostly stays the same. Associate promotions and raises are rarely given and take a lot of coercion to get.
