Great place to work if you are lucky enough to have a supportive immediate supervisor. The company offers good pay, benefits and the opportunity to work with great colleagues

After working with the company for over 10 years reporting to leaders who were supportive, caring and who listened to team members and made the team feel valued, unfortunately someone new stepped in who really didn’t care and treated certain people like a second class citizen and was trying to make me quit my job and made it obvious through micromanagement, lying, intimidation and retaliation for no reason. The atmosphere was toxic like you would not believe as a result of the vindictive supervisor who was inept and made working there untenable and not what would be expected of RBC.
