When I was interviewed i was told a lot of great things about having everything I needed to retired here and succeed, and all of the money I would make because the cars were easier then other dealerships because people took care of Them. When I actually started working the amount of work that needed to be done to these cars were extreme even to very experienced detailers, some cars could sometimes take up to 8 to 9 hours or even 2 days to get to the Mercedes perfect standard, almost all of the cars needed to be buffed but you were only paid 5 hours on most cars, showroom cars for example that can take up to 3 hours because they have to be perfect by Mercedes standards only paid .8 of an hour! I was told while interviewing I was able to make as much as 20 hours in a day. I could barely make 35 hours a week and if I did make 40 I would find myself clocking 60 hours a week to make that amount. My back started to give me problems only 2 months in.
