Horribe Management and Pay - EMT-B RCA Ambulance Employee Review

The management is horrible - I honestly checked Glassdoor before applying and saw a review about how the management is not there when you need them but expects you to be there when they need you. After working here, I saw how true this is. The company always has shifts available across branches - expect things to be communicated to you at the last minute. The way the company is run isn't healthcare-based; rather, it's very corporate-business-like. Please know how to read between the lines when working here; not everyone is as open as they seem.
