Pros

Work/life balance is absolutely unbeatable. Owner/Management truly cares about you having time off and supports you in every way possible to allow it without hesitation or guilt. Personal connections in a 100% remote environment has been so amazing. The communications between the team is wonderful sharing our different backgrounds and specialties leaning on each other as resources is such a special part of the group. The teamwork! Everyone is willing to jump in and help even if they are unfamiliar because they care so much and actually love who they work for and what they are doing. The owner, is like super woman, knows everything about every client and team member, always has your back on a personal and professional level. She includes us in company decisions and our opinion really matters. She wants feedback, she wants to know how she can improve and makes every effort to do so, as well as helping us grow in our roles with opportunities to learn. I have a diverse professional background and this is hands down the best company/owner I've ever worked with.

Cons

Not really any downsides to RCR other than having to create your own work structure for your personal success. It was known what work was expected to be done and when but It was hard to know what routine fit me best in the beginning due to dealing with multiple time zones.

Pros

RCR is an amazing place to work. The owner/CEO and employees, care both about each other and the clients they serve. Some top "pros": amazing communication from leadership both in good times and bad, remote workplace, client-first, and family focused. Even if/when I am no longer employed at RCR - it will always be a place I respect and care about simply due to the CEO's transparency, wealth of knowledge, and care for each of us as individuals.

Cons

Most employees work a part-time schedule that works for both their life and the clients they have. This is amazing, but can sometimes feel more "on-call" during high volume or big issues. Some like this and some do not, it comes down to your personal schedule and needs. Other than that, I cannot think of any cons.

Pros

Flexible schedules and strong work-life balance opportunities. Rapid professional growth and exposure to diverse HR situations. Ability to flex hours up or down as client needs allow, offering both flexibility and income potential. Opportunity to learn from highly knowledgeable and experienced HR professionals.

Cons

Limited training and onboarding relative to the complexity and expectations of the role. Unrealistic workloads without sufficient resources or structural support. Rapid growth without the necessary infrastructure or processes to sustain it. Inconsistent leadership direction and lack of alignment across the team. Clients are sometimes not well-matched to the company’s stated values or service model, creating challenges for consultants. Consultants are not always assigned based on client needs, skillsets, or expertise. Insufficient understanding of client expectations and HR needs, often leading to service gaps. Lack of accountability with clients when issues arise, particularly regarding compliance or misalignment. Leadership involvement is spread too thin, reducing availability for meaningful guidance and coaching. Limited root-cause analysis when issues occur between payroll, HR functions, and clients. Lack of transparency
