      Average pay. The admin staff is very nice and helpful. Admin must have each other's backs just to make it day to day.

      Cons

      The management staff at RCS does not give compliments, instead they yell at the admins and each other. No overtime pay. No opportunity to move up. Very bad working environment.

      Pros

      Like many other small companies, it is at times like a family. The bulk of the employees have been there over 10 years. This shows it is a good place to work, plus the firm pays well.

      Cons

      Sometimes someone is not a good fit, so it can be hard on them and the company due to their size and the impact one person can have. Sure this place is not for everyone, but it is for most.
