When someone is beginning at RDI, we will sometimes offer a scripts and other tools to help with communication and selling points. RDI is a company that thrives on honesty and integrity. Each and every sale that we make is audited by our Quality Department to ensure we are not being deceitful to the customers we are speaking to. Any employee that feels like their integrity is being sacrificed would be encouraged to bring this up with a member of management.
