      Great coworkers and people to work with

      Upper management is not good. They talk big about creating a great culture but it’s all BS. They really don’t care about the averages employee.

      Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

      Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

      Pros

      great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

      Cons

      Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
