People who are actually bad at their jobs cant get fired (Management AND Non management!)
Micromanagement
No real review system (They decide people are "Bad" because they have to justify that people are "Good". No real reasons here.)
Management does NOT care about employees, and would rather let them walk or show them the door rather than attempting to even pretend to listen to concerns.
What you are hired for and what you end up doing are two different things.
No room to learn anything new
No room to grow
