Expected to drive far/a lot for jobs, not always reimbursed for said driving or reimbursement is minimal. Communication is pathetic. The pay is a joke. You get paid different per job, most jobs are piece rate and when you do the math, factoring in time worked, time driving, gas, mileage, car upkeep; it's barely minimum wage. But the way they "math" it out, they tell you you're making $20-30/hr. I started working here in August of 2020. By January of 2021, I was making almost $800/pay and then about a year later, they took a lot of my good paying jobs away and gave them to other employees, because they "lived closer". Within the next year, they cut more and more jobs, with the promise of new jobs to be added, but it never happened. By summer 2022, I was making barely making enough money to pay my bills and had to take on a second job. By summer 2023, I was making a laughable $150-200/mo. The only jobs I was being offered were low-paying long distance jobs. I quit in fall of 2023, because by that point, even the jobs I had weren't covering the gas I was using to get to the job sites.
