Pros
RDSolutions does a great job in training you to prepare for your experience. There is a lot of information given to you at the outset, but it all makes sense when you get into the field. The staff is very supportive in ensuring your success. They give you great feedback to help you get better at the job. Communication is great. They are very responsive.
Cons
There was some restructuring and assignment changes early in my time with the company. This caused a little bit of miscommunication, but it soon ironed out.
