Pros
Company sounds as though they would be good to work for but the culture Executives are attempting to create is smothered by poor facility management.
Cons
Excessive hours due to poor facility management for skilled trades and hourly personnel. Managers view feedback regarding systems and conditions as criticism. Hourly personnel deterred from being actively engaged in the workplace due to the attitudes of managers. Small town politics compound the issue as managers feel the are above the law when it comes to company policies.
